  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights, shifting from "reporting what happened" to "recommending what to do next."
  • A/B Testing: Continuously test digital creative, headlines, and landing pages to maximize the efficiency of the marketing budget.
  • Brand Integrity: Ensure all digital executions—including third-party partner content and sponsorship branding—strictly adhere to updated digital brand guidelines.
  • MarTech Management: Assist in the evaluation and implementation of marketing technology (CRM integration, Email Marketing automation, and CMS updates).
  • Digital Sponsorship Mileage: Maximize the "digital footprint" of physical sponsorships through live-tweeting, hashtag campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
  • Digital Agency Liaison: Coordinate with digital and creative agencies to ensure high-quality, mobile-first assets are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Internal Support: Act as the digital subject matter expert for other departments, assisting them with digital collaterals and internal communications.
  • Budget Management: Manage the digital portion of the advertising budget, ensuring high ROI and transparency in ad spend.

  • Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Master's from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution, preferably in Marketing, Communications or a related field.

  • Preferably 3 – 4 years of professional experience, with at least 1–2 years of related functional experience in a similar role, ideally at a national/multinational organization.

  • Experience in developing omnichannel digital strategies and executing high-budget performance campaigns (Meta, Google, Programmatic) with a focus on measurable ROI
  • Proven ability to align cross-functional teams (IT, Sales, Agencies) and negotiate Mar-Tech requirements to ensure seamless digital integration across the organization
  • Strategic mindset skilled in audience segmentation, data-driven targeting, and mapping creative content to the digital customer journey
  • Highly organized with a track record of managing real-time digital deliverables and complex ad-spend budgets under tight, 24/7 digital deadlines
  • Expertise in GA4, performance marketing, and agency management. You will lead 360° digital campaigns, optimize ad spend, and drive brand growth through data-driven storytelling and strategy.
