Responsibilities

→Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
→Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and management reports to ensure accuracy and timely submission.
→Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies while maintaining effective internal controls.
→Lead, mentor, and evaluate the accounting team, providing guidance to improve performance and operational efficiency.
→Coordinate with auditors, government agencies, and other departments to support audits, regulatory requirements, and financial planning initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA designation is preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years of progressive accounting experience, with at least two (2) years in a managerial or people management role.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, internal controls, and accounting standards.
Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
