Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Controlling Finance Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis. The role will partner closely with business units to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Analyze financial performance and business profitability.
• Prepare management reports and financial dashboards.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic initiatives.
• Monitor cost controls and operational performance.
• Partner with department heads on financial planning.
• Ensure accuracy of financial data and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Economics, or a related field.
• CPA or CMA is an advantage.
• At least 5–8 years of finance, FP&A, business controlling, or commercial finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/reporting systems.
• Excellent business partnering and leadership capabilities.
