Lead a regional team handling collections, disputes, customer agreements, and master data. Focus on operational excellence, process improvement, and delivering high-quality service.
Responsibilities

- →Implement and optimize standard processes within Shared Services and BPO operations.
- →Monitor performance using KPIs and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- →Manage change initiatives and process improvements.
- →Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulations.
- →Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
~1 min read- 8+ years in Finance, Accounting
- 57 years managing teams, including managers.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- ERP experience required (SAP preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- LEAN Six Sigma certification is a plus.
