Responsibilities

→Manage end-to-end employee services, including onboarding, employee movements, offboarding, records management, and employee concerns.
→Oversee workforce fulfillment and deployment coordination, ensuring timely staffing and onboarding support for operational requirements.
→Monitor HR operations compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and established procedures.
→Lead, coach, and support People Services team members while driving service excellence and process improvements.
→Prepare operational reports, workforce analytics, and recommendations to improve efficiency, service delivery, and workforce planning.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, People Services, Workforce Management, or Recruitment Operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management, HR processes, labor regulations, and HR systems.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
