→Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets across all property types
→Identify and secure prospective tenants through market research, networking, and outreach
→Negotiate lease terms, contracts, and renewals to ensure favorable agreements
→Manage end-to-end leasing processes, from prospecting to contract execution
→Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective property campaigns and promotions
→Conduct property tours and presentations for potential tenants
→Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to encourage renewals and long-term occupancy
→Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and rental benchmarks to inform pricing strategies
→Prepare leasing reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management
→Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies in all leasing transactions
→Coordinate with property management, finance, and legal teams as needed

Requirements
