Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Oversee the complete Record-to-Report (R2R) cycle, including general ledger management and account reconciliations
- →Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statements
- →Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- →Maintain the accuracy of financial data and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
- →Conduct thorough account reconciliations and promptly address any discrepancies
- →Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including global teams, to fulfill reporting requirements
- →Provide documentation and support during internal and external audits
- →Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve efficiency and strengthen internal controls
- →Produce and evaluate financial reports using SAP and advanced Excel tools
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3–5 years experience in R2R or General Accounting roles
- CPA certification is a plus
- Experience collaborating with international clients or stakeholders
- Strong expertise in accounting principles and financial reporting
- Advanced knowledge of SAP
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel at an advanced level
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
