Responsibilities

→Execute the end-to-end Record to Report process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
→Ensure accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
→Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
→Collaborate with global stakeholders and internal teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
→Support process improvement initiatives to enhance R2R efficiency and accuracy.
→Prepare financial analysis and reports for management review.
→Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in Record to Report, accounting, or finance operations.
Experience working with global stakeholders or international clients.
Strong understanding of general ledger, account reconciliation, and financial closing processes.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
Willing to work full onsite.
