Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage the end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) process, including journal entries, accruals, and general ledger activities.
- →Perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- →Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- →Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues and maintain financial data integrity.
- →Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies while maintaining accurate financial records.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) experience.
- Experience working with global stakeholders or international teams.
- Hands-on experience with SAP.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
