Responsibilities

→Provide strategic HR leadership and manage daily HR operations across all sites.
→Serve as a trusted advisor to regional business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.
→Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention efforts to support a dynamic retail workforce.
→Drive employee engagement, performance management, and development programs to enhance productivity and growth.
→Ensure compliance with labor laws, handle employee relations, and maintain consistent implementation of HR policies.
→Mentor and develop a regional HR team, leveraging HR metrics to inform decisions and report performance to headquarters.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a Masters degree is advantageous.
Over 10 years of experience in comprehensive HR management across areas such as Recruitment, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, and Performance Management.
Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or people management role.
Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior business leaders.
Open to frequent regional travel.
