Responsibilities

→Manage and oversee low- to medium-complexity consulting engagements related to technology, information security, cybersecurity governance, IT governance, and resilience management.
→Develop and tailor work programs, methodologies, and deliverables based on the client's business and technology environment.
→Lead project execution and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of engagement outputs.
→Conduct technical briefings and provide guidance to engagement teams on project requirements and methodologies.
→Serve as a key point of contact for clients and effectively manage client expectations throughout the engagement.
→Coordinate with engagement partners, senior managers, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
→Manage project timelines, resources, deliverables, billings, and collections.
→Identify project risks, issues, and opportunities and recommend appropriate actions or solutions.
→Directly communicate with clients regarding project status, findings, recommendations, and other engagement matters.
→Review and ensure the quality and completeness of project deliverables.
→Lead, coach, and mentor team members to improve technical capabilities and overall performance.
→Conduct regular feedback sessions and provide constructive performance guidance to team members.
→Contribute to the continuous improvement of consulting methodologies, tools, and service delivery practices.
→Support business development and other consulting initiatives when required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in business consulting, IT assurance, technology risk, information security, cybersecurity governance, IT governance, or resilience management.
Strong understanding of information security, cybersecurity governance, IT controls, technology risk, and/or business resilience frameworks.
Demonstrated experience in managing projects, teams, and client relationships.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to conduct technical briefings and communicate effectively with clients.
Strong time management, organizational, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Strong leadership, coaching, and people management capabilities.

Reporting Structure
The Technology and Cybersecurity Governance Manager will be part of the Digital Trust Services Practice – Consulting Team under the Advisory Services Division.
The role will report directly to the Senior Manager and/or Partner of the assigned engagement.
