The Role: Business Development Consultant (Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, On-site)
This is a pure new business sales role. You’ll own the full sales cycle — prospecting, qualifying, pitching, and closing — with LeadManager, our flagship construction intelligence platform.
It’s a demanding, target-driven environment where resilience and pace matter. But for those who thrive, the rewards are big: uncapped commission, career acceleration, and international exposure across Southeast Asia.
This is what you’ll be doing
Generate new business through outreach, networking, and industry events.
Pitch LeadManager to senior decision-makers, including C-suite executives.
Deliver consultative presentations and craft tailored proposals.
Manage a disciplined pipeline through to signed deals.
Negotiate contracts and close with speed and precision.
Spot growth opportunities and expand Hubexo’s footprint across Vietnam and the wider region.
About You
We’re looking for sales hunters: people who thrive in the chase, deliver under pressure, and consistently beat their targets.
1–2 years’ B2B sales experience in SaaS, tech, consulting, or solutions.
Strong record of exceeding sales targets in high-value consultative sales.
Skilled in engaging and influencing senior decision-makers.
Confident negotiator, effective in multi-stakeholder deals.
Preferably familiar with CRM tools and sales methodologies (Challenger, MEDDIC, SPIN).
Preferably knowledgeable of Southeast Asia’s business culture; cross-border experience is a plus.
Fluency in English is essential to build trusted client relationships. Mandarin or other regional languages are an advantage.
Your English skills will give you a direct voice with senior decision-makers across Southeast Asia, helping you win business in one of the world’s most dynamic construction markets.
