What You’ll Do
As a Customer Success Manager, you will manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring strong customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue expansion. You’ll act as a strategic partner to clients, driving adoption, renewals, and long-term value.
Key responsibilities include:
Own and manage key client relationships across Southeast Asia, with a strong focus on Vietnam
Drive customer retention, renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
Develop and execute account growth and engagement strategies
Monitor account health, usage trends, and customer outcomes
Lead client meetings, provide consultative insights, and influence decision-makers
Proactively address risks, challenges, and escalations
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams
Provide regular account updates and performance insights
What You Bring
Account Management & Commercial Experience
3–5 years of B2B Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales experience
Background in SaaS, technology, consulting, or solution-based sales
Proven success managing mid-market or enterprise clients
Experience handling renewals, upsells, and subscription models
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Market & Regional Expertise
Strong understanding of Vietnam & Southeast Asia business environments
Cultural awareness and ability to navigate diverse markets
Fluency in English & Vietnamese (required)
Commercial & Strategic Strength
Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
Ability to influence senior decision-makers confidently
Data-driven mindset with CRM and analytics experience
Nice to Have
Experience in construction, engineering, or related industries
