Responsibilities

→Assist in planning and executing high-profile brand events, product launches, and masterclasses, ensuring each one reflects the brand’s values and market positioning.
→Support the adaptation and execution of global event strategies to meet the cultural and regional needs of the Middle East, Africa, and India.
→Manage timelines, and logistics to ensure quality, efficiency, and an outstanding event experience.
→Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, PR, Education, Retail, Commercial) and external vendors to ensure smooth and cohesive event execution.
→Conduct post-event analysis and provide insights to improve future event performance and ROI.
→Support the preparation of reports, strategy documents, and presentations for senior management on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

Requirements

Proven track record of successful large-scale events
Strong project management and budgeting skills
Proficiency in event planning software
Understanding of beauty industry trends and influencer landscape
Excellent communication and networking abilities
Resilience, creativity & high level of agility
Excellent team player
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
Travel is required
2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, project management and/or event management, preferably in the beauty or lifestyle industry
Bachelor's degree in Marketing preferable
