We’re looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join our product team. Top teams use our products to help them excel, and we’re looking for a brilliant Senior Scrum Master to help build them.
As a Senior Scrum Master, you’ll:
- Assist your teams. You’ll utilise your knowledge and experience of Agile frameworks to coach and empower your teams, while being flexible with changing needs.
- Drive outcome-focused decisions. You'll coach your teams with empathy and expertise, guiding them toward outcome-driven decisions that help us achieve company goals.
- Create and prioritise efficiency. You’ll navigate risks and dependencies, anticipate and mitigate technical collisions, remove impediments, and adjust plans as needed to support seamless delivery.
- Mentor. You’ll help develop other Scrum Masters, leading and contributing to initiatives that further our practice across the company.
- Be part of a team. You’ll be supported by other Scrum Masters, with a work environment centred on transparency, empathy, trust and encouragement. We want to be the best we can be—and have fun while we do it.

This role will also be eligible for a long-term incentive (LTI) award. Any bonuses awarded are based on individual and company performance paid at Hudl's discretion.
