Scrum Master

PingWind is seeking a Scrum Master responsible for facilitating Agile execution and coordination across MODES III task activities, ensuring effective sprint planning, transparent workflow management, and timely delivery of dashboard-driven reporting in support of Government decision-making.

•    Leads Agile ceremonies and practices to support Task 2 and Task 3 activities, ensuring teams operate in accordance with Agile principles and Government priorities.
•    Facilitates sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to promote transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
•    Coordinates with functional teams to ensure task activities, dependencies, and progress are accurately reflected in O&E and IT, Cybersecurity, and Data Operations dashboards.
•    Oversees the integration of reporting data into interactive dashboards, ensuring real-time visibility into task status, metrics, and performance trends.
•    Identifies and mitigates impediments to team progress, escalating risks and issues as needed to support timely resolution.
•    Collaborates with the Program Manager and technical leads to align Agile execution with contractual deliverables, reporting requirements, and Government-approved processes.

•    Must possess Secret Clearance
