We are hiring experienced Baristas for a reputed restaurant group in Kuwait.
Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages

Operate coffee machines, grinders, and café equipment efficiently
- →
Maintain consistency in beverage quality and presentation
- →
Take customer orders and provide friendly customer service
- →
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the café and workstation
- →
Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and café supplies
- →
Follow recipes, portion standards, and company SOPs
- →
Handle cash/POS transactions if required
- →
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- →
Support smooth day-to-day café operations

Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Barista in cafés, restaurants, or hotels

Good knowledge of coffee preparation and latte art

Experience operating espresso machines and grinders

Basic English communication skills
- →
Gulf experience preferred
