We are hiring experienced Safety / EHS Engineers for Substation projects in UAE. Candidates must have a strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations in the construction and electrical infrastructure industry.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical)
NEBOSH Certification – Mandatory
5 to 10 years of proven experience in EHS roles
Experience in Substation Projects(Above 220kv)
Valid passport with a minimum of 9 months validity
Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)

Develop, implement, and monitor HSE and welfare plans

Perform routine site inspections and lead incident investigations

Ensure compliance with Permit to Work (PTW), Work Method Statements (WMS), and risk assessments

Promote a safety-first culture and ensure all works are carried out in line with company HSE policies

Provide reports and documentation related to safety performance and site compliance
