Accounting Associate

As an Accounting Associate, you'll support our Finance team by:

• →Preparing routine journal entries and assisting with monthly financial reporting
• →Performing balance sheet reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
• →Supporting month-end close activities and recurring accounting tasks
• →Assisting with internal and external audit and tax documentation requests
• →Coding invoices and maintaining general ledger accuracy
• →Updating accounting records, commission/KPI files, and financial master data
• →Reviewing service accounts, leases, and contracts for updates
• →Supporting a variety of administrative and accounting projects as needed

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field—or equivalent work experience
• Previous office or administrative experience
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills
• Experience working with an ERP system is a plus
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
