Become a part of an exciting adventure bringing fun & truly social experience to millions of players around the world. We’re looking for a data-driven, player-obsessed CRM & Lifecycle Manager to take ownership of CRM strategy and execution across the entire player journey.
Develop and execute a multi-channel CRM strategy to improve player engagement, retention, and monetization.
Design and manage lifecycle campaigns across all player stages:
FTUE journeys to activate new players and increase D1/D7 retention
Engagement flows to promote daily/weekly habits and session depth
Churn prevention flows using behavioral and predictive signals
Reactivation and win-back journeys for lapsed users
Event- and content-driven campaigns tied to LiveOps calendar
VIP nurturing for highly engaged players
Define CRM data requirements and work with BI and engineering to:
Implement behavioral and transactional tracking events
Set up custom user attributes for segmentation
Integrate predictive models (churn risk, payer potential, etc.)
Maintain accurate real-time data sync between the game and CRM platform
Build and optimize campaigns in Braze, orchestrate automated journeys, set up control groups, holdouts, and A/B tests, monitor campaign health, delivery, and data sync status, continuously iterate based on performance and test results.
Analyze CRM performance using Braze analytics and internal BI tools, track key KPIs such as retention (D1/D7/D30), LTV, ARPU, churn, open/click/conversion rates. Provide insights and recommendations to improve results and align with broader business goals.
Collaborate cross-functionally with LiveOps, Product, Monetization, Creative, and Data teams to align campaigns with game events, player journeys, and business strategy.
Ensure all communications comply with global data privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
