Responsibilities

→3+ years of agency recruitment experience (mandatory).
→Proven track record of managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through placement.
→Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and Google X-Ray sourcing techniques.
→Demonstrated success in high-volume recruiting environments.
→Proven ability to source candidates independently rather than relying primarily on inbound applications.
→Experience managing multiple active vacancies simultaneously.
→Strong candidate closing and offer management skills.
→Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
→Experience working with ATS, CRM systems, and recruitment technology platforms.
→Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven.
→Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ambitious hiring goals.
