• → Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment (Senior level) or 3+ years (Mid-level).
• →Proven track record of hiring across diverse technical domains, including Software Engineering (Frontend, Backend, Fullstack), IT Infrastructure, or ERP systems like SAP.
• →Deep understanding of technical stacks, frameworks, and the nuances of various engineering roles.
• →Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• →Proficiency with modern ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and unconventional sourcing tools.
• →Ability to work independently in a high-growth, results-oriented environment.

• Experience working in both agency and in-house environments.
• Established network within the SAP or specialist DevOps communities.
• Familiarity with data-driven recruiting metrics and reporting.
