• → 3 to 5 years of experience in Technical Recruiting, specifically within IT, software, or engineering domains.
• →Proven track record in a SaaS, Tech, or Consulting environment.
• →Mastery of outbound sourcing techniques, including cold calling and advanced LinkedIn search.
• →Professional fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• →Ability to work a strict 9-5 schedule in the EST timezone.
• →High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• →Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously under tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in French (written and verbal).
• Experience using Loxo as an ATS.
• Direct experience in contract negotiation.
• Background or familiarity with the Telecommunications sector.
