Chef De Partie - Mediterranean Cuisine

In this role, you will be responsible for managing your assigned kitchen section, ensuring the consistent preparation and presentation of high-quality Mediterranean dishes in line with Hyatt's brand standards. Working closely with the Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine, you will support daily kitchen operations, maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene, and contribute to a collaborative and positive team environment.

The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of Mediterranean cuisine, including regional specialties from Italy, Spain, France, Greece, and the Mediterranean coast. You are passionate about culinary excellence, eager to learn, and committed to delivering memorable dining experiences while continuously developing your skills.

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel or premium Mediterranean restaurant.
• Good knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound understanding of HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• A positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional quality and guest experiences.
