  Manage the check-in process efficiently, issuing room keys and providing clear information on hotel facilities and services.

   

• →Oversee the check-out process, including preparing bills, processing payments, and gathering guest feedback.
• →Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are prepared and maintained to the highest standards for incoming arrivals.
• →Work collaboratively with other departments, such as housekeeping, engineering, and food & beverage, to address and fulfil guest needs, requests, and inquiries.
