→Employee Relations
- →Promote employee engagement and satisfaction through recognition programs and feedback systems.
→Compliance & Policy Management
- →Ensure adherence to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and hotel policies.
- →Maintain accurate employee records and handle disciplinary procedures when necessary.
→Performance Management
- →Support managers in conducting appraisals and setting performance goals.
- →Monitor productivity and recommend improvements to align with hotel objectives.

Requirements
