Night Auditor

Candidates must have open availability and be able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and during peak business periods as needed. Schedule Ranges from 12pm to 8am.

As a Front Office Agent (Overnight), you will be the face of Hyatt and play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences. This highly visible position is responsible for welcoming guests, managing the registration and checkout process, processing payments, and providing information about hotel services and amenities.

In addition, this role performs and oversees designated night audit responsibilities while helping ensure the smooth operation of the Front Office during overnight hours. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently while delivering outstanding service.

• →Greet and register guests in a friendly and professional manner
• →Process guest check-ins, check-outs, and payment transactions
• →Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
• →Promote hotel services, amenities, and special offerings
• →Complete assigned night audit functions and reporting
• →Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and guest accounts
• →Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment during overnight operations
• →Communicate effectively with hotel departments to support guest needs

  • →Previous hotel front desk experience required; Hyatt or luxury hospitality experience preferred.
  • →Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences.
  • →Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • →Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented when handling guest concerns and difficult situations.
  • →Proven de-escalation and conflict-resolution skills.
  • →Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately manage guest accounts, payments, and overnight audit responsibilities.
  • →Comfortable working independently and making sound decisions during overnight hours.
  • →Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
  • →Proficient in computer systems and able to learn hotel management software.
  • →Ability to stand and move throughout the shift for extended periods of time.
  • →Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
  • →Must have open availability and be able to work overnight shifts, including weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
  • →Must be authorized to work in the United States.
