The Server Assistant is responsible for supporting the service team in creating a seamless and elevated dining experience. This role includes clearing and resetting tables, assisting servers and guests, and maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.

Responsibilities

Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests
→
Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently and discreetly
→
Maintain cleanliness in the dining room, service stations, and guest areas
→
Refill water glasses, bring additional tableware, and support guest requests
→
Stock and maintain service areas with necessary supplies
→
Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive team environment
→
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

→
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
→
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
→
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
→
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
→
Must possess or obtain a valid Washoe County Food Handler Card
→
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
