Waiter/Waitress -Mediterranean Restaurant

We are looking for a passionate Waiter/Waitress to join our Mediterranean restaurant and deliver memorable experiences that reflect the spirit of the Andaz brand.

In this role, you will provide attentive and personalized service while ensuring guests enjoy an exceptional Mediterranean dining experience. You will confidently recommend menu items, share your knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine, and work closely with the culinary and restaurant teams to deliver seamless service in accordance with Hyatt's brand standards.

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, luxury dining environment. A genuine desire to create meaningful guest experiences and build lasting connections is essential.

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
