This is a detail-oriented, data-intensive role within a fast-moving customer environment. 

You’ll support the day-to-day running of operational reporting and invoicing workflows for a major US customer, helping ensure data accuracy, reporting quality and smooth operational delivery across multiple markets. 

This role sits within our Chargeback team, a critical function supporting one of our largest US customers, with our product live across 46 states. The team manage detailed reporting and invoicing workflows, using a combination of third-party systems, data validation and financial administration to ensure accuracy at scale. This includes completing daily and weekly chargeback reports by reviewing and validating brand mentions across customer orders, maintaining data quality across systems and producing weekly and monthly invoicing through Xero accounting software.

While there is a strong administrative and detail-focused element to the role, this role would suit someone who is analytical, technically curious and motivated to improve how things work. You’ll also need to communicate confidently with customers and internal stakeholders across the business. 

This role suits someone who is comfortable balancing detailed execution with coordination and problem solving. Someone willing to roll up their sleeves, do the work and step in where needed to keep things moving. 

You will: 

  • Support the completion of daily and weekly operational reporting, invoicing and systems administration for our US customer base  

  • Maintain and update information within internal and third-party systems such as products, pricing and customer data changes  

  • Review, validate and maintain reporting data to ensure accuracy and consistency across workflows and systems  

  • Perform quality control checks and support reconciliation processes  

  • Identify issues, blockers or missing information early and proactively escalate or resolve them before they impact delivery 

  • Support customer communication and helping maintain strong relationships, by participating in customer calls, helping track actions and maintaining operational timelines  

  • Work closely with teams across the business to ensure reporting, data and operational requirements are delivered accurately and on time  

  • Support the wider team by answering questions, coordinating workflows, stepping in where needed and helping maintain momentum during busy periods 

  • Contribute to process improvements, workflow optimisation and the evolution of systems, automation and AI-enabled ways of working 

  • Strong attention to detail: You’re highly accurate, organised and able to manage data-heavy work consistently. 

  • Analytical mindset: You enjoy problem solving, spotting patterns and improving how things work. 

  • Technical and AI curiosity: You’re comfortable learning new systems and tools and interested in how technology, AI and automation can improve operational processes. 

  • Strong communication skills: You can communicate clearly with both internal stakeholders and customers. 

  • Resilience and adaptability: You’re comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly. 

  • Ownership mentality: You take responsibility for your work, follow through on actions and proactively solve problems. 

  • Strong organisational skills: You can manage multiple priorities, deadlines and operational tasks effectively. 

  • Excel and data confidence: You’re comfortable working with spreadsheets, data validation and operational reporting.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to reporting, reconciliation or invoicing workflows  

  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor to improve productivity  

  • Experience working with operational systems or databases  

  • Exposure to scripting, automation or data tooling for workflow optimisation  

  • Data manipulation and analytics experience 

  • Knowledge of Python, GIT and R/R Studio
