Responsibilities
~1 min read• Lead and develop a West Coast-based team, building a strong safety and performance culture.
• Oversee operational and maintenance activities to ensure reliable asset performance.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and cost control to deliver value.
• Balance asset performance, risk, cost and delivery priorities.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver optimal commercial outcomes.
• Build team capability, guide performance outcomes and manage people priorities.

Requirements

• Strong people leadership, including coaching, development and engagement.
• Experience managing budgets, costs and commercial outcomes.
• Mechanical or electrical trade qualification.
• Background in industrial or asset-intensive environments.
You’ll lead a close-knit team across remote West Coast sites, where safety, collaboration and accountability are critical to success. The team is experienced, practical and works together to deliver strong operational outcomes in a challenging environment. This role offers variety, autonomy and the opportunity to build capability while supporting a team that looks out for one another.
