Learning Enablement (Technical Training) Specialist

As the Learning Enablement (Technical Training) Specialist, you will act as the key link between Internal Data Platform users and the product team, designing engaging training experiences, keeping content current, and empowering analysts to get the most out of the tools they use every day. Turning complexity into clarity and building communities of knowledge are key parts of this role.

• →Develop engaging training materials that help users adopt best practices for data analysis within the Internal Data Platform, improving efficiency.
• →Collaborate with the product team to ensure user needs and feedback are integrated into ongoing development.
• →Continuously update training materials to reflect current practices and new features.
• →Create AI-ready documentation from Internal Data Platform project inputs using AI tools, enhanced with examples drawn from user conversations.
• →Create training materials following new feature releases, incorporating post-release user feedback.
• →Design tailored educational content for different types of analysts, fostering a strong community of knowledge sharing.
• →Maintain the Internal Data Platform Training Portal and support training rollouts by publishing and keeping learning content current across all learning platforms.

• Understanding of data analysis methods and statistics, with the ability to translate insights into workflow improvements and business value for users.
• Strong analytical mindset to measure training adoption, impact, and satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, comfortable working with global and regional leads and end users.
• Strong ability to explain features clearly, helping users maximize their potential.
• Highly organized and self-directed, comfortable owning processes and platforms with minimal oversight.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Jira and AI tools (e.g., Claude), including advanced functions.
