The Accounts Payable Analyst will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments, maintaining financial records, and supporting month-end close activities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring financial accuracy, process efficiency, and compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure invoices are properly coded, approved, and recorded in the accounting system.
- Maintain and reconcile accounts payable aging reports and prepare payment schedules.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor payment and billing inquiries.
- Perform AP reconciliations, including vendor statements and balance sheet accounts.
- Assist with month-end close activities such as accruals, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Support the preparation of internal financial reports related to payables.
- Identify opportunities to improve AP processes, controls, and automation.
- Provide accurate data to support financial reporting and management analysis.
- Collaborate with the finance team to enhance reporting tools, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, tax regulations, and internal controls.
- Prepare documentation and schedules for internal and external audits.
- Support implementation of audit recommendations related to accounts payable.
Requirements
~1 min readBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or financial operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.

Work Location: Onsite
Working Hours: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM PKT (Monday to Friday)

Office Location: Plot Number 18-C, Kaghan Road, F-8 Markaz, Islamabad, 44000
Compensation & Benefits:
Benefits: EOBI contributions as per Pakistan's labor laws.
