ServiceMaster Clean is hiring a Building Cleaner for a building in the Caledonia Industrial Park near Costco area. The shift is Monday to Friday 8am to 3pm, office and warehouse setting, CSA shoes are required.

Duties would be cleaning common areas including lobbies, hallways, lunchrooms, boardrooms, washrooms, office spaces, and stairways, as well as:

Sanitizing telephones and touch points
Vacuuming and dusting
Mopping floors
Spot cleaning walls, doors, glass
Cleaning and sanitizing washrooms
Refilling dispensers
Managing and ordering stock and inventory
Emptying garbage and recycling
Wet cleaning horizontal surfaces
Clean and maintain equipment
Must be detail oriented, able to fulfill task schedule
Uphold company policies and safety rules and regulations

Candidate Requirements:

Be able to work evenings and weekend shifts
Excellent customer service skills
Professional and friendly attitude and demeanor
Able to take direction and follow pre-established guidelines
Attention to details, organized and punctual
Able to communicate effectively in English to handle complaints and special requests by client
Possess valid driver's license in good standing and a vehicle
Be physically capable of lifting, bending, performing some repetitive tasks
Previous cleaning experience is preferred
Willing to submit personal information for a Criminal Background Check
