Duties would be cleaning common areas including lobbies, hallways, lunchrooms, boardrooms, washrooms, office spaces, and stairways, as well as:
- Sanitizing telephones and touch points
- Vacuuming and dusting
- Mopping floors
- Spot cleaning walls, doors, glass
- Cleaning and sanitizing washrooms
- Refilling dispensers
- Managing and ordering stock and inventory
- Emptying garbage and recycling
- Wet cleaning horizontal surfaces
- Clean and maintain equipment
- Must be detail oriented, able to fulfill task schedule
- Uphold company policies and safety rules and regulations
Candidate Requirements:
- Be able to work evenings and weekend shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional and friendly attitude and demeanor
- Able to take direction and follow pre-established guidelines
- Attention to details, organized and punctual
- Able to communicate effectively in English to handle complaints and special requests by client
- Possess valid driver's license in good standing and a vehicle
- Be physically capable of lifting, bending, performing some repetitive tasks
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred
- Willing to submit personal information for a Criminal Background Check
