What You'll Do
As a Construction Project Manager, you'll take the lead in keeping restoration projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward.
You'll:
- Build and manage project schedules from start to finish
- Coordinate work between internal crews and trusted subcontractors
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, team members, and insurance representatives
- Keep projects on budget, on schedule, and aligned with our quality standards
- Confirm subcontractor availability and coordinate scheduling
- Maintain accurate, organized project documentation in company systems
- Identify and address issues before they become bigger problems
- Represent ServiceMaster Restore with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellent customer service
- Lead with a team-first, solutions-oriented mindset
What You Bring
We're looking for someone who combines construction experience with strong communication and leadership skills.
You'll ideally have:
- 3–10 years of experience in project management, construction supervision, or a related role
- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability
- A professional, customer-focused approach
- The ability to work effectively with customers, subcontractors, crews, and insurance professionals
- A genuine desire to help people and deliver great results
Candidates must hold a valid driver's license with a clean 3-year driving record and be able to pass a background check to age 18.
