Responsibilities

Mow and maintain the lawns around the property
Maintain the appearance of the parking lot
Make sure the area around dump trailers is free of debris, nails, screws, glass, and miscellaneous garbage
Wash and maintain company vehicles
Make sure vehicle oil changes are completed
Bring vehicles to scheduled maintenance appointments
Fix Equipment
Maintain a clean shop

Requirements

Strong work ethic
Honest and accountable
Detail oriented is a must
Strong communication skills is a plus

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

Occasionally - Lifting objects/property
Constant- Walking, standing and working with your hands

Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements

This is a part-time position with flexible working hours varying between 8:00am-6:00pm, Monday–Friday. This position would require travel to our Hermantown location to complete the same tasks. Transportation will be provided.
