What This Role Really Looks Like

This is a Lead Restoration Technician role with United Water Restoration Group – Islandia, NY. You’ll run the job:

Own the site: setup, safety, equipment, documentation, and client updates.
Lead techs on water, fire, mold, and hazard jobs across Nassau & Suffolk.
Rotate on‑call for nights/weekends – real emergencies, real responsibility.
Keep trucks tight, job sites spotless, and jobs moving on schedule.

Must Haves

Restoration, construction, or related trade experience. Lead experience a plus.
Valid NYS Driver’s License; able to lift/carry equipment and work at a fast pace.
Willing to join the on‑call rotation (nights/weekends).
Highly responsive, hungry to rise above mediocrity, and able to empathize with people on their worst days.
