Diagnosis & Service
- Deliver 5-star client experiences through accurate diagnostics, clear communication, and clean work.
- Take ownership of every job and keep callbacks to a minimum by doing it right the first time.
- Handle urgent and emergency calls professionally and with care.

Client Advising & Sales
- Recommend and sell solutions that help clients make confident, informed choices.
- Show clients the value of protection through preventive memberships.
- Meet revenue, review, and membership goals.

Documentation & Coordination
- Keep job notes, photos, and updates accurate and timely in ServiceTitan.
- Work closely with dispatch and operations so every call runs smoothly.

After-Hours Rotation
- Take part in the after-hours rotation: one weeknight per week and one full weekend per month.

Truck, Tools & Equipment Care
- Keep your truck, tools, and equipment clean, maintained, and ready for service.

Training & Team Growth
- Take part in team meetings, technical training, and regular feedback.
- If you’re an experienced, truck-ready technician, you may also help support newer team members.

Must Haves:
- 1–3 years of plumbing service experience.
- Comfortable selling solutions and memberships through education and options.
- Comfortable with tablets, mobile apps, and dispatch software. ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean motor vehicle record.
- Able to work the after-hours rotation: one weeknight per week and one full weekend per month.
- Dependable, organized, and open to feedback and training.

- Consistent 5-star Google reviews from clients who trust your work and communication.
- Clients choose preventive memberships because you’ve shown them the value of protection.
- You meet the performance expectations that fit your experience and development level.
- Few callbacks, because the job is done right the first time.
- Job records in ServiceTitan are accurate and on time, and work with dispatch and operations runs smoothly.
Pay Rate: $30 per hour. After you complete the 3-month probationary period, you’ll have the opportunity to operate as a full-service technician running your own truck.
