Bookkeeper

IIQAF Group is seeking a meticulous and experienced Bookkeeper to manage financial records and transactions for our hospitality operations in London. • →Maintain accurate financial records including ledgers, journals, and balance sheets
• →Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable
• →Prepare invoices, payments, and receipts for hospitality operations
• →Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting
• →Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards and hospitality regulations
• →Support payroll processing and employee expense tracking

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accounts Clerk, or Hospitality Finance Assistant
• Strong knowledge of UK accounting principles, VAT, and payroll processes
• Proficiency in accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and organizational skills
• Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in financial records
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines efficiently

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Experience in hospitality, restaurant, or hotel accounting
• Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
