IIQAF is looking for a motivated Contracts Administrator to join our General Department in Dubai. This full-time, on-site position offers a fantastic opportunity for entry-level professionals eager to start their careers in the construction industry.
As a Contracts Administrator, you will play a vital role in managing and overseeing contractual agreements to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. Your contributions will be essential in supporting project teams and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, ultimately helping IIQAF deliver high-quality construction projects.
We offer a competitive salary range of AED 6,500 - AED 7,500 monthly, along with a supportive work environment that fosters professional development and career advancement.
Responsibilities

- →Maintain contract files and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate
- →Coordinate with project managers and legal teams regarding contract issues
- →Monitor contract performance and compliance with terms and conditions
- →Facilitate communication between stakeholders and resolve any contractual disputes
- →Prepare reports and summaries related to contracts and project status
- →Support the negotiation of contract terms with vendors and subcontractors
- →Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements

- Strong understanding of contract law and regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with construction industry practices is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
