IIQAF is looking for a motivated Contracts Administrator to join our General Department in Dubai. This full-time, on-site position offers a fantastic opportunity for entry-level professionals eager to start their careers in the construction industry.

As a Contracts Administrator, you will play a vital role in managing and overseeing contractual agreements to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. Your contributions will be essential in supporting project teams and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, ultimately helping IIQAF deliver high-quality construction projects.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and review of contract documents
  • Maintain contract files and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate
  • Coordinate with project managers and legal teams regarding contract issues

  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and resolve any contractual disputes
  • Prepare reports and summaries related to contracts and project status
  • Support the negotiation of contract terms with vendors and subcontractors
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements
