Foreman

·        Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project managers

·        Ensure projects are completed according to drawings, specifications, and timelines

·        Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with UAE construction safety regulations

·        Allocate tasks and manage labor productivity efficiently

·        Inspect materials, tools, and equipment usage on site

·        Report project progress, delays, and site issues to management

·        Ensure quality standards and workmanship are maintained

·        Conduct toolbox talks and enforce workplace safety procedures

·        Diploma or certification in Construction, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred

·        Minimum 3–5 years experience as Foreman or Construction Site Supervisor

·        Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site operations

·        Leadership and team management abilities

·        Knowledge of UAE construction safety standards and regulations

·        Ability to read construction drawings and technical documents

·        Strong communication and problem-solving skills

·        UAE construction experience preferred
