What We Offer

✓Communicate effectively with customers (when needed) and internal teams

✓Handle chargeback cases and support payment-related investigations

✓Work with customer payment-related issues, including Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks

✓Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement

✓Support KPI analysis and provide insights based on operational data

✓Stay up to date with industry regulations and compliance requirements

✓Provide exceptional customer service

✓Produce daily, weekly, and/or monthly operational and statistical reports

✓Perform other related tasks as required

Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, processes, and business needs
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
Willingness to learn, grow, and continuously develop
Previous experience in Chargebacks, Payments, Refunds, Accounts Receivable (AR), or similar operational fields is an advantage
Proficiency in relevant computer applications
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and manage time effectively
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to different personality types
Proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently while being a strong team player

Compensation: From $600 per month
