Go to Market Engineer / RevOps Engineer
Quick Summary
Surface intent signals (e.g., accounts approaching usage limits) and activate them in downstream sales and marketing systems.
Impossible Cloud is a fast-growing B2B cloud company headquartered in Hamburg, Germany. We have built a cloud object storage solution comparable to AWS S3, purpose-built and optimised for AI and compute workloads. Our commercial hyper-growth speaks for itself, powered by our channel-first go-to-market strategy.
We are now expanding beyond storage: we are building a high-performance compute platform, offering an end-to-end solution from GPU infrastructure to full GPU platform software stack. In doing so, we are redefining the cloud ecosystem by bridging the gap between decentralised infrastructure (DePIN), mainstream B2B cloud use cases, and AI applications.

Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU.
Impossible Cloud's go-to-market motion is built on automation, data, and speed. As our Go to Market Engineer, you own the technical infrastructure that makes it run: from Inbound lead automations that connect our Marketing efforts with the CRM to the Sales quoting process. In this role you will actively own and develop the data model and automated processes in and around the CRM.
Architect the Revenue Tech Stack: Build and maintain scalable integrations across HubSpot, Clay, Superset (Business Intelligence), and Claude via webhooks, APIs, and automation middleware (e.g. n8n).
System of Record Ownership (HubSpot): Maintain the health, custom objects, workflows, and data syncs within HubSpot to ensure reps receive actionable leads and enrichment context in real time.
Scalable Data Enrichment (Clay/Surfe): Design and manage automated enrichment waterfalls and prospecting workflows in Clay, pulling from multiple data vendors to dynamically populate company and contact profiles.
AI & Operational Workflow Optimization: Implement modern AI agents and LLM-assisted workflows for automated lead qualification, personalized outreach, CRM record updates, and technical sales enablement.
Product Telemetry & Warehouse Activation (Superset): Surface intent signals (e.g., accounts approaching usage limits) and activate them in downstream sales and marketing systems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to translate non-technical revenue ideas into robust, automated software workflows.
