Analyst - Business Solutions

• →Support daily operations in Siemens Teamcenter PLM and RuleStream environments.
• →Create, modify, and maintain product structures, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and engineering data.
• →Assist in product data management and document control activities.
• →Support engineering change management processes, including ECOs, ECNs, and workflow execution.
• →Validate and maintain data accuracy within Teamcenter.
• →Assist in RuleStream configuration, testing, and execution of engineering rules.
• →Monitor workflows and resolve basic operational issues.
• →Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate engineering information.
• →Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect tracking activities.
• →Prepare operational reports, process documentation, and training materials.
• →Follow established quality, compliance, and data governance standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• 0-2 years of experience (Freshers are welcome).
• Good understanding of engineering concepts, BOMs, and product lifecycle processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
