Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations to enhance their experience. Build rapport to encourage repeat visits and maintain a welcoming café atmosphere 
Beverage Preparation: Skillfully prepare coffee, espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, teas, and specialty drinks following standardized recipes. Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality 
Cash Handling and POS Operation: Accurately process transactions using point-of-sale systems, handle cash, credit, and debit payments securely, and maintain financial accuracy

  Preparing handcrafted coffee, espresso drinks, and other menu items. 

• →

  Operating coffee equipment, including espresso machines and cash registers.

  Preparing and serving sandwiches, pastries, snacks, and other food items.

  Providing quick, accurate, and courteous customer service to patients, visitors, physicians, and staff

  Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, and equipment to meet food safety and infection control standards.

  Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking and maintaining quality service.

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience is preferred. 
• No experience is required. Prior food service experience is preferred.
• Requires the ability to operate kitchen equipment.
• Must be able to wear protective equipment/clothing required by the environment or government regulations such as gowns, gloves, goggles, rubber-soled closed-toe footwear, etc.
• Requires adherence to local health regulations and safety requirements to produce safe food for consumption.
• Requires the ability to climb ladders.
• Physical requirements to include: reaching, standing for long periods of time, squatting, bending, carrying and/or lifting supplies and equipment weighing 35 lbs. or more, up to 80% of the time.
