Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Accounting Operations:  Supporting daily accounting operations , including processing incoming invoices and verifying payments Financial Reporting:  Assisting in the preparation of monthly reports Audit Support:  Supporting internal and external audits Database Maintenance: Updating and maintaining databases Reporting and Analysis:  Preparing reports and analyses in Microsoft Excel Document Management:  Organizing and managing company documentation Archiving and Digitization:  Digitizing and archiving records and documents Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  You are a good communicator that speaks with ease to all levels and functions of the organization . You thrive while working in an international and multicultural environment .
