Assistant Engineer Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Perform standard PCB soldering, testing, and data archiving for Infineon microcontrollers, power semiconductor devices, power modules, and related products in accordance with established procedures.  Operate, inspect, and perform basic maintenance of test instruments on a daily basis. Implement laboratory 5S and EHS requirements to ensure equipment and testing environments remain safe and compliant.  Support project teams in building test platforms and recording related test data.  Assist with sample management activities, including procurement, PCB fabrication orders, debugging, archiving, and shipment of samples, prototype PCBs, and experimental units. Provide operational support for the team's daily activities, include but not limited to Participating in team meetings, and support follow-up and coordination of key internal processes. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Associate degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field, with at least 1 year of hands-on laboratory experience.  Familiarity with common electronic test instruments and a basic understanding of power electronics principles.  Detail-oriented, hands-on, and capable of independently completing routine testing tasks.  Experience in testing, soldering, and debugging within the semiconductor or power supply industry is preferred. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
