Director Production Logistic Planning

Accountable and responsible for the overall end-to-end Production Logistics Planning process (from Assembly to Test) for all modules at Site MAL. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Responsible for the capacity ramp-up of dedicated modules in the Melaka plant to meet the company’s Demand-to-Revenue (DtR) targets and support division revenue growth. * Close collaboration with OP, FIN, QM, and IE teams to ensure delivery stability, commitment, and balancing, while meeting the company’s KPIs. * Close collaboration with multiple sites to ensure effective and efficient WIP flow management within and across sites (SIN/BAT/BKK/OSAT). * Provide leadership and management to the Production Logistics Planning team to achieve the company’s operational excellence goals with a high-performance culture and behavior. * Drive continuous improvement of existing and newly implemented tools, methods, and processes, while harmonizing and standardizing PC Planning tools and systems. * Provide and align with DIVs/Operations on an execution model to support the next 26 weeks’ demand scenario. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, with more than 10 years of experience in planning roles and over 5 years of team leadership experience. * Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, solid semiconductor planning experience, and proven analytical and problem-solving skills. * Fluent in English with confident presentation skills, and able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. * Ability to lead multi-level planning teams to meet organizational expectations and KPIs. * Ability to lead cross-functional projects to drive overall productivity and profitable growth. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
