Senior Specialist Project Management

Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Supporting in all daily activities, including meeting minutes preparation, tracking of action items, monitoring deadlines, and prioritizing tasks * Assigned to one or more roles within the scope of the Project Management Office (PMO) * Apply state-of-the-art project management methodologies in projects within the framework of the IFX tool landscape * Supporting overarching targets focused on improving project execution quality, process improvements, and execution compliance * Supporting different projects as a supporter with extended knowledge of PJM tooling and processes, and proceeding within the PO organization * Conducting data collection and reporting activities * Responsible for measuring PS-related KPIs * Acting as a Project Manager to migrate processes to HR Operations and supporting the creation of a process roadmap, including process design and implementation planning, with the aim of achieving standardization, harmonization, and best practice sharing * Analyzing processes, developing process designs, adopting, implementing, and ensuring stabilization of results to support smooth handover and running operations * Coordinating and supporting various cross-functional teams in organizing events or any planned initiatives * Participating in project teams as assigned Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, IT, or a similar field of study * Experience with HR standard processes, tools, and systems * Process improvement skills and mindset, as well as drive for digitalization * Fluent English skills with excellent communication skills, a change management mindset, and can-do mentality * Project management skills and project experience would be an added advantage #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
